Core members (Full Members) have full voting rights and play an active role in shaping the circle. They take on leadership roles, make decisions and share collective responsibility. Supporters (Supporters) are primarily involved in operational work. They make an important contribution to value creation without taking on leadership or decision-making tasks within this circle.
The circle’s work follows a continuous cycle comprising four activities: leading (deciding and coordinating), informing (creating transparency), following through (implementing) and reflecting (learning and improving). In this way, the circle combines operational work with continuous development. The diagram illustrates the microstructure of a single circle – not the organisation as a whole. The term ‘Product Area A’ refers to the clearly defined purpose and area of responsibility of the circle, which serves as the basis for all roles and activities.
